Our kungfu / qigong classes benefit both mind and body.

In class, we utilize cross-crawl exercises which have been proven to improve mental agility, coordination and balance. Memory will be strengthened by the memorization of routines. Additionally, students will enjoy increased stamina, flexibility, strength, power, and circulation.

With the mental and physical improvements mentioned above, emotions will become harmonized and anxiety will be reduced. Students will experience increased self control, patience, discipline and perseverance.
